International Fisheries Treaty Database

The IGIFL Treaty Database contains approximately 1000 texts of bilateral and multilateral treaties, protocols and other instruments concerned with fisheries and marine living resource conservation, management and exploitation. It comprises a Multilateral Treaties Compendium and a Bilateral Treaties Compendium. The Multilateral Treaties Compendium also contains links to authentic language versions, detailed summary files and subscribers to the IGIFL Updater Service can also access regularly updated status information. The Bilateral Treaties Compendium is an on-going project to collect and summarize the texts of bilateral fisheries agreements. To view the texts, either select one of the sections below or use the Search Page to search by keyword.
