This text gathers and examines international case law from 1945 which relates to the field of fisheries. The work covers decisions mainly from the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Justice, but also includes decisions from some other tribunals. The text does not include extensive commentary or analysis but reproduces relevant extracts of decisions, organized into a number of subject areas including delimitation of maritime areas, fishing licences, regime of fishing activities, species and vessels.
