The On-line Paper Series is a
collection of papers, studies and articles on the international law of the
sea, submitted on an occasional basis by academics,
professionals, students and other persons. Although the
scope of the series covers all issues concerning the law of the sea,
the primary focus is on international fisheries law and
management. The papers are
not peer-reviewed and most do not received any editing

Authors are welcome to submit papers
at any time on any relevant subject. Prior discussion with the editor is not required but
is encouraged. Papers are
welcomed on any subject relating to:
international
fisheries law and management
maritime
boundary agreements and disputes
protection of
the marine environment
navigation and
shipping
any related
issues of the law of the sea.
Good quality
student papers are particularly encouraged. Papers should either not have
been published previously or should not have been published on-line
previously. In the latter case, all necessary authorizations for
reproduction must have been gained. The Editor may require evidence of such
authorizations. Papers should be submitted in electronic form, although any
word-processing package is acceptable. There are no format guidelines.
