In accordance with Article XXVIII of the Convention any fishing entity
whose vessels have fished for fish stocks covered by the Convention at any
time during the four years preceding its adoption may express its firm
commitment to abide by the terms of this Convention and comply with any
conservation and management measures adopted pursuant thereto, by: (a) signing
an instrument drafted in accordance with the resolution adopted by the
Commission; and/or
(b) providing a written communication in accordance with
the resolution adopted by the Commission. |
