Abstract |
|
|
This case concerns alleged overfishing by the EC in the South
Pacific and measures denying port access taken by Chile. The
merits of this case have not yet been heard by ITLOS. Although
it remains on the docket of the Tribunal, proceedings have been
stayed following an "out-of-court" agreement between the
parties. Contemporaneous proceedings brought by the EC against
Chile before the World Trade Organization have also been stayed.
