Appeal
against the Court of First Instance judgment in
Joined Cases
T-44/01, T-119/01 & T-126/01. In
that judgment the CFI had rejected the action brought against
Decision C(2001) 680 of 19 March 2001 by which the Commission
reduced the aid it had granted to applicant vessel owners for the
creation of a joint enterprise in the context of the Agreement
between the Community and Argentina on relations in the sea
fisheries sector. The ECJ rejected
the appeal.
