Abstract

  
Application by the Canadian Government for an order of forfeiture, under the Fisheries Act,
in relation to the three narwhal tusks seized by Fisheries officers in the course of an investigation of offences under the Marine Mammal Regulations. Although the three respondents had been acquitted at trial, forfeiture was ordered by the Court.
