Abstract

This case concerns three separate actions against the European Commission by owners of fishing vessels following the decision of the Commission to reduce structural aid to them in the context of a fisheries agreement between the EC and Argentina. The Commission's basis for the reduction was that a condition for the grant of aid that the vessels would only fish in Argentinean waters was not met. The owners' applications were refused by the Court.
